Rules and Regulations
It’s important that you take the time to read through your Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions documents you received at your closing.
These documents will bring you up to speed on the responsibilities of your association. If you did not receive the documents you can access them once you log into the portal.
Assessments
Your assessment is the fee that is set by your association’s board. Fees are due on the first day of the billing period. Make sure to pay attention to the due date as late fees are charged.
Modifications
Many new homeowners are excited to make their new house a home. Please make sure to get any changes or modifications approved by your association’s Architectural Review Committee prior to starting any construction.
